Evil Clown : a scary success !

A Swiss actor has found a new niche in the form of a SCARY ASS looking clown. The clown appears at kiddies parties but instead of the friendly clown that we all know and love, he dresses up as a rather scary clown and terrifies the kids. The Swiss says he stops when the parents tell him to and thus the kids are never in danger !

David Beckham set to miss World Cup 2010

So as excited as I am for World Cup 2010, today marks a pretty crap day in the lead up to June later this year. David Beckham has been ruled out of the World Cup due to a torn Achilles tendon. South Africa is unfortunately missing out on a truely world class player and we are worse off for it.
I'm hoping against hope for a speedy recovery for David but I'm pretty sad at the prospect of hosting the biggest sporting spectacle in the world without one of football's true superstars.

SA marks 100 day countdown to 2010 !

We finally made it to the crucial 100 day mark in the countdown to the kick-off of the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa !

We've overcome just about every obstacle on route to bringing the world an amazing World Cup, from xenophobic attacks in the townships to taxi violence on our roads, to demonstrating construction workers and everything in between.
Although we still have a pretty long way to go toward finishing up those final adjustments to the country, today should be all about celebrating how far we've come as a nation and the positivity that has been brought about with hosting the spectacle.
Congratulations Mzanzi, and here's to the last 100 days leading up to June 10, 2010 !

"Bulls Babes" go missing

On Saturday, for the first time in over 8 years, the Blue Bulls played at Loftus Versfeld without their world famous, "Bulls Babes" on the sidelines cheering on the team. Sources close to the team said that the Bulls will soon go on strike because now, instead of having co-ed showers, players will have to shower two by two and bending for the soap "isn't what it used to be."

The "Bulls Babes" are supposedly under-paid and refuse to perform until their salaries have been sorted out; until then, the elderly, lower-class male population of Pretoria will be forced to find alternative means to ease the sexual tention they bring to Fortress Loftus every Saturday.

The Blue Bulls Board are apparently looking into the situation and are searching for new, cheaper girls who want to strip down on Saturdays to be perved over by gentleman uninterested in the game. The Board are looking for low-maintenance, morally unstable females living in and around Pretoria. So far, the board have received hundreds of applications and are sorting through the possible candidates. Here are but a few, enjoy ! And remember, you're there for the boobs, not the Bulls...

Pompey enters Administration

So, my worst fears have now been realized: at 10:30 local time in the south of England, Portsmouth Football Club announced that the club has entered into Administration.

Peter Kubik, Andrew Andronikou and Michael Kiely have been appointed as Pompey's administration staff and what this basically means: 1. The owners and admin staff of the club are incapable of running the finances of the club. 2. Pompey will now have even less money to spend on re-building a squad of any kind, and, most significantly, 3. The club will now most likely lose the last of our decent signings to Harry Redknapp and the rest of the country's top clubs.
But, I'm trying to stay possitive, Pompey will emerge again, but thought I'd give you the heads up. Please, please and please again, we are going to need all the support we can get, so stay loyal and remember everything Portsmouth Football Club has meant to you over the years.
Pompey, I'll be right behind you ...

Pompey needs Money !

SO today is d-day for the much beloved Portsmouth F.C. basically, if we do not get a new owner in the next... 12 hours, I will no longer have much of a club to support. Hence, I need anyone with a bit of spare cash lying around to buy my club. I would do it myself but cash seems to be a bit low at the moment. So, please buy me my club !

But seriously, this shit is rather serious, I may very well have no club left to support come this time tomorrow.

An official spokesman has said that, "There is now only a very short window of opportunity for buyers to come in with a credible offer." So, rumour has it that you'll be needing in the region of about 45 million Pounds, which is not much to ask for but then again, nor is world peace...
